After installing the Microsoft Authenticator App, please follow the steps below as shown in the video above.


  1. Open a web browser and browse to https://myapps.microsoft.com or click the link in your welcome email.
  2. Enter your email address on the Sign in page and click Next.
  3. Enter your temporary password as provided in the welcome email.
  4. Click Next when prompted More information required.
  5. Assuming you have already installed the Microsoft Authenticator App, click Next.
  6. Open the Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile device and click Next on this screen.
  7. Tap on the Microsoft Authenticator App the plus sign to add an account and choose Work or school account.
  8. Tap Scan QR Code
  9. Scan the QR Code in the Microsoft Authentictor App to add the account.
  10. Click Next after scanning the QR code
  11. Confirm the number in the Microsoft Authenticator App to test and confirm MFA enrollment.
  12. Click Next after confirming then Done.
