We’ve noticed that on some iOS devices, the Microsoft Authenticator app may unexpectedly close when entering the two-digit code during sign-in.

If this happens, here’s a quick workaround:

On the “Approve sign-in request” screen, tap “I can’t use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now.”

This will take you to a new page where you can choose to receive a text message instead.

Follow the prompts to complete your sign-in and connect to DWT-BYOD.
